4th Annual NEST Invitational Championship

A year end event designed to reward bowlers for participating in N.E.S.T. singles tournaments. Just one requirement to be eligible for this special event... Bowl in 5 of the 11 scheduled singles tournaments.

Details:

Championship series will run January 2017 to November 2017.

Tournament is scheduled for December 2017.

Sponsor is adding $1,000.00 to help fund the event.

A small portion of each N.E.S.T entry will be added to the prize fund.

Entry Fee:

Championship tournament entry fee is $75.00.

Bowlers' entry fee will be reduced by $5.00 for each tournament entered after their initial 5 qualifying events.

Example: bowl 6 times pay $70.00 bowl 7 times pay $65.00

bowl 8 times pay $60.00 bowl 9 times pay $55.00 etc.

Format:

4 games of qualifying within current age groups

Bowler's age on tournament date will be used

1 in 4 will qualify within the three age divisions

33% of the field will qualify for match-game finals.

Additional finalist are WILDCARDS and are the highest remaining scores from the field of non-qualifiers...regardless of division.

All qualifiers will be seeded by total pin-fall into the roll-off bracket.

Prize Fund:....... 50% OF ALL ENTRIES WILL CASH!

47 bowlers were eligible, 41 bowlers bowled, 20 cashed and 16 advanced to match play.

2nd $500 6th $250 10th $180 14th $180 18th $100

3rd $300 7th $250 11th $180 15th $180 19th $100

4th $300 8th $250 12th $180 16th $180 20th $100

Make sure you get your five tournaments in to be eligibile for the NEST Invitational.
